“Andrea was SPECTACULAR!!!! funny, poignant, insightful!!!” Diane Barnes, solo performer

“Such a fun evening with some of my solo performance friends seeing an excerpt of Andie Mock’s The Aged of Aquarius, which will be at The SF Fringe Festival next month. Be sure to catch it. Laugh-out-loud funny. We loved it.” Irma Herrera, solo performer

“Thanks for an evening of delightful, crowd-packed theater. I loved the overlay of COVID-19 trauma on family dynamics. And the Trump/Putin figures—priceless. P.S. Milo (23-year-old son) thought it was hysterical. You’ve got wide-ranging age appeal.” Sandy N., audience member

“Best Trump imitation I’ve seen, including that guy on SNL.”Lillian Padilla, playwright.

CRUCIAL FLIP THE VOTE INFO

This election will be decided by a few hundred thousand “inconsistent voters” in half a dozen swing states. These organizations do boots-on-the-ground work that includes registering voters and long-game empowerment work in communities where we know that these two things are true:

1) they have historically been ignored or underrepresented, and

2) they change election outcomes when they are engaged.

Flip the Vote provides a way for people who care about democracy and civil rights to channel hope and fear about upcoming elections into meaningful action.

Flip the Vote uses meticulous research to identify the smartest way for Democrats (and unaffiliated progressives) to channel our political resources by:

  • Investing early in effective grassroots voter-engagement groups in the most critical, must-win states.
  • Identifying grassroots groups, mainly led and staffed by people of color, that work year-round to inspire those voters who will make a difference up and down the ballot.
  • Focusing on geographic areas and strategic partners where early investment will greatly impact critical upcoming elections.

Read more about the rationale behind the strategy here. Details about Flip the Vote’s impact on the 2022 election can be found here. It’s impressive!
